If you’re about to get married, a prenuptial agreement can protect your assets.
The wedding is perhaps one of the most important events in a person’s
life. Such agreements, although for some, might give impression of lack of trust between partners, will greatly facilitate the hard step of separation, if it arrives.

In any case, we must be clear that if we do not take any standards we are tacitly accepting the law of the place of residence, which will not always match our preferences.

Prenuptial agreements, also called marriage, are divided into three broad categories, or systems, mainly:

1 – Separation of Property: Under this regime each spouse will retain
ownership of their individual property after the wedding, as well as those who acquire it after.
